This marks a continuation of escalating trade tensions, with 39 entities added to China's Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law in 2025, a notable decrease from 113 in 2024, while 76 entities were added to the Unverified Entity List. The sanctions also included smaller companies focused on developing lower-cost weapons systems.
