China's National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) have released guidelines to enhance intellectual property protection in the photovoltaic industry, outlining 11 key tasks aimed at fostering innovation and improving patent quality. By 2027, the initiative aims to boost patent reserves, streamline patent dispute handling, and strengthen enterprises' intellectual property capabilities. Additionally, a coordination system among various authorities will be established to ensure effective implementation of these measures.
