CMA CGM has enhanced its connectivity between India and the Middle East by launching a new vessel call at Hazira Port as part of the BIGEX-2 / MEG service, connecting it to major ports like Nhava Sheva and Jebel Ali. This initiative aims to improve trade efficiency by reducing transit times and inland logistics costs for exporters. The company, active in India for 34 years, is also investing in local infrastructure and plans to recruit 1,000 Indian seafarers by 2025.
