CNOOC Signs Oil Exploration Contract with Equatorial Guinea

NATURAL GAS

CNOOC Africa Ltd has signed a production sharing contract with Equatorial Guinea's National Oil Company to explore crude oil and natural gas offshore in an area of 2,287 square kilometers. The exploration, which will last five years, involves CNOOC acting as the technical operator, conducting seismic data interpretation and drilling exploratory wells.
