Construction has begun on a ₹210-crore ropeway project in the Sangam area, managed by National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) and developed by Ravi Infra Build. Pillars for the ropeway station are currently being erected, with further work scheduled to start after the Magh Mela in 2026. The project, which will connect Arail and Parade, is expected to be completed within two years, following a land exchange agreement with the Army.
