Copper Quest Exploration Inc. has acquired a 100% interest in the Kitimat Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, covering approximately 2,954 hectares and located about 10 kilometers northwest of Kitimat. The project, which features significant infrastructure and historical copper-gold mineralization, was obtained through the issuance of 2,000,000 common shares and includes a 2.5% net smelter return royalty. This acquisition aims to enhance shareholder value and strengthen Copper Quest's position in the copper supply sector.
