Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) has signed contracts to generate 9,407 megawatts of electricity from coal, natural gas, and thermal energy, including a 323-megawatt coal project and a 100-megawatt natural gas initiative. Additionally, a $40 million solar power plant with a capacity of 34 megawatts is being developed in Kabul.
