ACEN Corp. and Citicore Solar Energy Corp. have secured a ₱2.58 billion loan from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) to support their solar photovoltaic plant in Pampanga. The financing, announced on December 11, 2025, will benefit the 115.67-megawatt Arayat-Mexico solar plant, operated by their joint venture, Greencore Power Solutions 3, Inc.

The solar farm, which began operations in August 2022, serves around 19,450 households and reduces carbon emissions by about 56,635 metric tons annually. ACEN has also invested additional capital in the venture, acquiring common and redeemable preferred shares, while planning to increase its capital expenditure for renewable energy projects beyond ₱50 billion in 2025.
