Delay in Piped Natural Gas Supply for 6,500 Homes Along Dwarka Expressway Due to Pending Permissions

NATURAL GAS

Over 6,500 flats in sectors 102 and 102A along the Dwarka Expressway have awaited piped natural gas (PNG) connections for two years. The project is stalled due to pending right of way (RoW) permissions from GMDA, forcing residents to rely on LPG cylinders.

Various housing societies have completed internal pipeline installations but cannot access gas supply without the main pipeline. Residents and RWAs are urging GMDA to expedite the permission process to enable PNG supply.
