Delta Gold Technologies PLC has entered into a research sponsorship and exclusive technology licensing agreement with Penn State University. The sponsorship for the first year is estimated at USD997,142, with a total contract potential of around USD3.0 million over three years. In exchange, Delta will gain an exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-bearing license for any resulting intellectual property, excluding human health applications.
