DEFENSE
Denbighshire County Council has relocated 27 families after ending the use of three properties in Rhyl and Prestatyn for temporary emergency accommodation due to compliance issues and a refused planning application. The council now relies on 10 private TEA properties and is developing a new model involving five properties managed by The Sanctuary Trust, with support from The Salvation Army.
