Deutsche Infineum and RheinEnergie have contracted to build an 18 MW photovoltaic installation in Cologne, Germany, projected to produce 18 million kWh annually. The project will utilize 25,300 solar modules over 12 hectares and is set for commissioning in 2027. It aims to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions and support local decarbonization efforts.
