Developer Proposes Five-Storey Flats Next to Former Salvation Army Building in Portslade

A planning application has been submitted to Brighton and Hove City Council for a five-storey block of flats at 79 North Street, Portslade. The development plans include seven flats above a ground floor office, consisting of six one-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit with sea views.

Four flats will feature rear balconies. The site is described as an under-used parking area adjacent to a music recording studio in a former Salvation Army Hall.
