DirectH2 Inc., an American startup, has signed a Letter of Intent with Shree Tuljabhavani Sugar Private Limited (STSPL) in Maharashtra, India, to advance business development and secure early funding for its Modular Direct Solar-To-Green Hydrogen Technology. This collaboration aims to enable low-cost, high-efficiency hydrogen production at the point of use.

DirectH2, led by Dr. Vivek V. Dhas and Dr.

Aditya Mohite, focuses on integrating solar photovoltaic and electrolyzer technologies into a single panel, eliminating the need for expensive electricity and infrastructure. The partnership supports India's National Green Hydrogen Mission and positions DirectH2 for commercial expansion in the Indian market.
