The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy Indo-Pacific hosted its 3rd Annual Fuel Exchange Agreements Forum from November 3-6, 2025, in Honolulu, Hawaii, with around 90 defense fuel and finance professionals in attendance. The forum, the largest gathering of bulk fuel experts in the Indo-Pacific, focused on enhancing interoperability among international partners and addressing operational challenges, while facilitating discussions on Acquisition Cross-Servicing Agreements. The next forum is set for November 2-5, 2026, in Honolulu.
