DLH Achieves CMMC Level 2 Certification and Secures NIH Contract for Digital Transformation Services

DLH has attained CMMC Level 2 certification, enhancing its cybersecurity capabilities to compete for defense contracts. The company received a contract from the NIH Office of Information Technology to support digital transformation and cyber leadership initiatives.

Additionally, DLH was awarded a sole-source Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract for pharmacy and logistics services at multiple CMOP locations. As of Q4, DLH reported a total debt of $131.6 million, a reduction of $10.7 million, with mandatory term debt expected to be paid off by September 30, 2026, a year early. The company's strategic focus on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and proprietary innovation tools aims to drive organic growth in a multi-billion dollar addressable market.
