DND Constructs Land-Based Test Facility at Hartlen Point for River-Class Destroyers

The Department of National Defence has begun constructing a Land-Based Test Facility at Hartlen Point, Nova Scotia, to support the Royal Canadian Navy's River-class destroyers, with completion expected by early 2028. The project, managed by PCL Construction, will create approximately 200 jobs and is designed for combat systems integration.
