Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University (DSMNRU) has announced a partnership with the Indian Armed Forces to support the rehabilitation of retiring personnel and soldiers disabled in combat.

An upcoming MOU will facilitate the provision of short-term courses on disability and training programs, while the university will also offer a six-month certificate course and workshops on disability topics, alongside manufacturing and providing artificial limbs at no cost for affected soldiers. This collaboration aims to enhance rehabilitation, skill development, and self-reliance among veterans.
