Ed. Züblin AG has completed an 18-month energy-efficient renovation of the Z2 office building in Stuttgart, creating approximately 450 workspaces. The project features upgraded infrastructure, including heat pumps and photovoltaic systems, and utilized 38 tonnes of Ultra Low Carbon aluminium, resulting in a 72% reduction in CO2 emissions. Supported by the German Sustainable Building Council, the renovation is set to receive the DGNB Platinum certificate, underscoring Züblin's commitment to climate neutrality.
