EFA Group Secures €80 Million Funding for Global Expansion and Defense Technology Reorganization
EFA Group announced an €80 million share capital increase on December 16, 2025, in Athens, involving Motor Oil Group and EOS Capital Partners. This funding aims to support the Group's international growth and is linked to a restructuring into four Technology Clusters comprising 13 specialized companies.
The clusters focus on unmanned systems, mission systems, integrated services, and sensors. The strategy emphasizes efficiency, export readiness, and revitalization of the Greek defense industry, targeting both domestic and international markets.
Infrastructure development includes the upcoming EFA Group Antikythera Tech Campus in Koropi, expected to support electronic warfare and satellite systems. EFA Group employs over 250 professionals across six global offices and serves clients in 40 countries, positioning itself as a key player in defense technology.
