ESI Spa has acquired 100% of ED Solar 2 Srl, a special purpose vehicle, for the construction and management of a 1.65 MW photovoltaic plant. The deal also includes surface rights for approximately 2 hectares of land for the project. This investment aligns with ESI's strategy to enhance its presence in the renewable energy sector and is part of a broader pipeline of around 20 MW planned for completion between 2025 and 2028.
