Estonia's Centre for Defense Investments and Latvia's Ministry of Defense have initiated a joint procurement for up to 600 concrete bunkers as part of the Baltic Defense Line, with a total project cost of €60 million. Estonia aims to complete the line by the end of 2027, having already delivered and installed initial bunkers. The procurement is designed to enhance military defense capabilities against potential threats from Russia and Belarus.
