ETRA SpA Reports Significant Achievements and Investments in 2025
In 2025, ETRA SpA, a public multiutility, transformed into a Società benefit, enhancing its community engagement. The company made investments totaling €92.2 million, with €36.9 million financed by the PNRR.
ETRA managed 5,500 km of water networks and 2,668 km of sewer systems, supplying 77 million cubic meters of water and treating approximately 36 million cubic meters of wastewater. In waste management, ETRA served 580,000 users across 66 municipalities, collecting around 197,000 tons of waste and performing 40,000 scheduled services.
The company operated 32 collection centers and utilized nearly 900 vehicles. ETRA also focused on energy efficiency, launching 18 new photovoltaic plants and contributing to the establishment of 20 Community Energy Resilience initiatives. The company received multiple awards for its sustainability and innovation efforts in 2025.
