Evergreen Aviation Museum Displays Inert GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator Bomb
DEFENSE
The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is exhibiting an inert GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator bomb, the largest non-nuclear weapon, for educational purposes. This model was provided by the Department of Defense and weighs nearly 30,000 pounds.
The exhibit is part of a broader display that includes drones used in the Ukraine-Russia war. The museum's Titan Pavilion will showcase the bomb alongside other aviation and space artifacts, with admission fees starting at $15 for youths and $26 for adults.
