Evers & Sons Inc. has updated the expansion of the Gillis Treating Plant, part of Momentum Midstream's NG3 project. Originally processing 1.7 Bcf/day of natural gas, the facility is undergoing upgrades to enhance throughput and improve treating performance, including added compression capacity and improvements in CO₂ and H₂S treating processes.

Once fully commissioned, the plant is expected to process approximately 2.2 to 2.3 Bcf/day. The enhancements ensure proper conditioning of the CO₂ stream for efficient compression and sequestration. Current work includes major equipment installation, system tie-ins, and electrical activities. Completion of the project is targeted for December 2025/January 2026.
