General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) and Barzan Holdings signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on January 19, 2026, at the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX) to collaborate on developing advanced Battle Management software.

This partnership aims to enhance situational awareness and intelligence processing for multi-domain operations, focusing on interoperable command-and-control solutions for modern defense needs. The signing was attended by Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces.
