The Georgian Government has announced new pricing terms for Russian gas supplied by Gazprom, effective December 25, 2025. Under the decree, Georgia will pay USD 215 per 1,000 cubic meters for the first 250 million cubic meters and USD 185 for additional volumes, reflecting an increase from the previous price of USD 185. Gas deliveries to Georgia rose by 40.2% in 2025, with imports valued at approximately USD 123 million in the first 11 months.
