Germany Orders 49 Defenture Vehicles for Special Forces with Option for 31 More

Germany's national parliament has approved a procurement order for Dutch defense manufacturer Defenture to deliver 49 mobile battlefield platforms to the Bundeswehr's Special Forces Command, KSK. The vehicles, including the AGF-2 combat and reconnaissance platform and UFK tactical support vehicle, are set to enter service in 2027, with an option for an additional 31 vehicles.

Developed in close collaboration with KSK and BAAINBw, the platforms underwent extensive trials in various environments, demonstrating full operational capability. Key features include integrated C4ISR capabilities and optimized storage for mission-critical equipment.

Defenture collaborated with several partners for weapon integration and IT architecture. This order supports Germany's special operations, emphasizing rapid deployment and flexibility in diverse environments.
