Ghenova has partnered with Vertex Bioenergy through a framework agreement to enhance its engineering role in energy transition projects across Spain, including Galicia, Cartagena, and Salamanca. The collaboration will focus on energy efficiency, CO₂ capture, biogas production, and biomass boiler implementation, with Ghenova providing project design and independent technical validation. Additionally, Ghenova is engaged in decarbonization initiatives and integrating artificial intelligence and digitalization in its operations.
