Goodyear's Flite building, once a WWII aircraft factory that modified B-24 Liberators for naval use, has been repurposed into a mixed-use complex that now accommodates approximately 140 small businesses. Established in the 1940s, the facility has successfully transitioned from military production to a vibrant business hub.
