The Great Wolf Lodge development project in Jackson, Tennessee, may experience delays due to required amendments and an archaeological survey mandated by the Army Corps of Engineers. The survey will increase costs by approximately $31,000, on top of the existing $525,000 contract ceiling. The Jackson City Council is set to discuss these additional costs on March 3.
