Hanwha Aerospace has launched a 30 billion Korean won Innovation Performance Sharing System to enhance R&D funding for partners in advanced defense sectors, covering all related costs and facilitating participation from SMEs and startups. Successful partners will retain all outcomes from the first year and receive at least 50% of returns thereafter, while the co-growth fund will increase from 50 billion to 150 billion won. The initiative also includes plans for sharing intellectual property rights and a reduced advance payment guarantee fee system for export contracts.
