Huntsville Center Completes $1.5 Million Pipeline Repair at NSF Diego Garcia Ahead of Schedule

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, successfully completed a $1.5 million repair of the Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants Pier Pipeline at U.S. Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia, finishing 17 days ahead of schedule. This critical project, initiated due to pipeline deterioration discovered in May, ensured uninterrupted operations in the Indo-Pacific region and showcased the Huntsville Center's rapid response capabilities in remote locations.
