India and Estonia are in talks to establish a defence cooperation agreement aimed at co-developing and co-producing military systems, as Estonia seeks cost-effective solutions amid rising defence spending due to regional threats. The discussions include a draft memorandum of understanding on defence, alongside potential agreements in agriculture, building on existing collaborations in cyber security and technology. Estonia has identified India as a key supplier for military equipment, including air defence systems and artillery.
