DEFENSE
India's Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi declared the 1963 Pakistan-China agreement on Shaksgam Valley as illegal, asserting India's disapproval of any activities in the region. He highlighted ongoing stability along the Line of Actual Control with China and warned Pakistan against potential misadventures, noting the elimination of 31 terrorists in 2025 and the initiation of Operation Sindoor to dismantle terror infrastructure. General Dwivedi also mentioned the establishment of new military units to enhance combat readiness amid a sensitive situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
