The Indian Army and the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance collaboration in defence manufacturing and training. This initiative aims to connect various Army workshops with MSME Technology Centres, focusing on advanced technological solutions and promoting self-reliance in defence systems as part of the Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives. The partnership will facilitate joint programmes in research, education, and equipment development, ultimately strengthening domestic industrial capacity.
