Indian Army Issues RFP for 30 Improved Low-Level Lightweight Radars with Akashteer Integration

India's Ministry of Defence has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure 30 improved Low-Level Lightweight Radars (LLLR-I) and two Classroom Variant Radars (CRVs) for the Indian Army, with an estimated budget of Rs 725 crore. The radars will be deployable in various terrains and must integrate with the Akashteer Command and Reporting module. The first batch is to be delivered within 12 months, with 60% indigenous content mandated.
