The Indian Army's 15 Battalion of the Jat Regiment, in collaboration with Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd and Vaghmi Foundation, has launched the Vrikshavropan Abhiyan tree plantation drive in Pune. This initiative aims to enhance urban forestry, improve air quality, and promote environmental sustainability in response to urbanization challenges, while also fostering long-term climate resilience.
