Indian Army Officer Major Rajprasad Develops First In-House Multi-Utility Unmanned Ground Vehicle

Major Rajprasad RS of the Indian Army's Corps of Engineers has developed India's first in-house Multi-Utility Unmanned Ground Vehicle, 'Sapperscout RP Ver 2.0.' The vehicle was showcased at the JAI se VIJAY Seminar in Pune and is designed for diverse operational roles, including reconnaissance and mine detection.
Its modular architecture supports various payloads, enhancing the Indian Army's capabilities in multi-domain warfare. The UGV is expected to be inducted into service soon, contributing to India's defence preparedness and self-reliance.
