Indian Navy Evaluates Rafael's Ice Breaker Missile for MH-60R Helicopters

The Indian Navy is assessing Rafael Advanced Defence Systems' Ice Breaker cruise missile for integration with its MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopters, following approval from the Indian Air Force. Weighing around 400 kg and offering a range of up to 300 km, the missile aims to enhance naval strike capabilities, alongside plans to incorporate India's DRDO Naval Anti-Ship Missile-Short Range. Additionally, the DRDO will unveil the Long-Range Anti-Ship Hypersonic Glide Missile (LRAShM) at the Republic Day Parade, which boasts a range of 1,500 km.
