Indra Secures 45% of €13 Billion Defense Contracts in Spain's Industrial Plan

Indra has secured 45% of the €13 billion defense contracts under Spain's Defense Industrial Plan, which aims to meet NATO's military spending target of 2% of GDP by 2025. The Spanish government has signed 31 modernization contracts totaling €10.471 billion, with Indra, Airbus, and Navantia collectively accounting for 83% of the package. To promote equitable distribution of funds, the Defense Ministry mandates that these companies partner with SMEs starting January 1, 2026.
