Inland Dredging Company LLC received a $10.27 million contract for maintenance dredging of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway from High Island to Causeway. The project will take place in Galveston, Chambers, and Brazoria counties, Texas, with an estimated completion date of July 15, 2026.

Funding was allocated from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for fiscal year 2026.
