Input Output has rebranded from Input Output Global as of December 5, 2025, to reflect its evolution from a blockchain research entity to a global engineering group. The organization will now focus on developing solutions in Web3, healthcare, quantum computing, digital identity, artificial intelligence, and fintech.

All subsidiaries, including RealFi and Lace, will now operate under the Input Output Group name. Initially established to build infrastructure for Cardano, which has become a prominent blockchain platform, the rebrand signifies the company's expanded global reach and partnerships.

CEO Charles Hoskinson noted that the change reflects the organization's growth and commitment to creating enduring digital systems. Input Output is set to continue its expansion across the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and emerging markets while maintaining a range of technologies including the Cardano blockchain and other projects.
