Interstellar Technologies Secures ¥20.1 Billion Series F Funding for ZERO Rocket Development

Interstellar Technologies has successfully raised ¥20.1 billion in a Series F funding round, marking the largest investment for a private space startup in Japan. The funds will support the development of the 'ZERO' rocket, capable of launching small satellites using liquefied biomethane as fuel, and have already secured contracts with seven satellite customers. Total funding for the company now stands at ¥44.6 billion, with contributions from major investors including SBI Group and Nomura Real Estate.
