Lehman & Company has acquired a majority stake in Wellman Dynamics, known for its magnesium and aluminum sand castings in the aerospace and defense industries, while current owner TRM Equity maintains a minority share. The transaction was financed by Netrex Capital Markets, with a lending group led by Eldridge Capital Management and co-led by Guggenheim Investments and PGIM.
