Jincheon County, Chungcheong Energy Service Co., Ltd., and Saman Co., Ltd. have signed an agreement to establish a city gas supply network in Munbaek-myeon, North Chungcheong Province, on December 16. The agreement aims to expand the pipeline network in Munbaek-myeon, which currently lacks city gas service, in conjunction with the construction of a fuel cell power plant.

The county plans to locate the fuel cell power plant on unused land to facilitate early city gas supply, addressing the energy needs of residents who have been without service due to low investment efficiency in gas pipelines. The county will provide administrative support to ensure the project's successful implementation.
