Karbon Capital Partners Prices $300 Million IPO with Units Trading on Nasdaq Under 'KBONU'

Karbon Capital Partners Corp. has priced its initial public offering at $300 million, offering 30,000,000 units at $10.00 each. The units will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker 'KBONU', with trading expected to start on December 11, 2025.

Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of a redeemable warrant, allowing the purchase of one Class A share at $11.50. The offering is set to close on December 12, 2025, pending customary conditions.

Citigroup is the sole book-running manager and has a 45-day option to purchase an additional 4,500,000 units. Karbon Capital aims to focus on the energy industry, targeting investments in power generation, energy infrastructure, and technology, particularly driven by growing energy demands from AI/data centers and LNG ecosystems.
