Karman Space & Defense has raised its fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to $470-$471 million and adjusted EBITDA to $144.5-$144.9 million following its $220 million acquisition of Seemann Composites and MSC. The acquisition, which includes $210 million in cash and $10 million in common shares, is expected to close in Q1 2026 and will enhance Karman's capabilities in maritime defense, contributing to projected 2026 revenues of $700-$715 million.
