KCI Technologies Inc. has appointed Jason Hardebeck as Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately. Previously an external member of the Board of Directors, Hardebeck will oversee the company's technology strategy, including enterprise systems, business processes, and initiatives in technology and artificial intelligence.

He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master's degree in business from Johns Hopkins University.
