Keller Army Community Hospital's Project MARS Receives FAA Approval for Drone Medical Deliveries

Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH) has obtained FAA authorization for its drone delivery program, Project MARS, allowing Visual Line of Sight operations across West Point until January 2028. The program, in collaboration with the US Military Academy’s Robotics Research Center, aims to enhance military medical logistics and provide training for KACH soldiers and USMA Cadets. Initial flights will focus on route reconnaissance and system validation under strict safety protocols.
